How do I make a Wednesday Adams costume?

I don’t want t waste money so Im wondering how do I make a home made GOOD wednesday Adams costume. Any help?

    You need a black wig that you have to braid, white face paint, and a long sleeve black dress (witch costume perhaps)

    It can’t reallly be too homemade if you don’t have anything resembling these items!

    Get a plain long sleeve black dress (you can find one at like goodwill or something lol), use that temporary spray that makes your hair different colors (use black), Put your hair into two braids and carry around a really raggedy looking doll (take off one of its eyes or something!).
